For all of you that have emailed me, and messaged me, its HERE and READY!!

The Holiday Countdown PRO allows you to add your own:

  • Special events
  • Birthdays
  • Anniversaries
  • Graduations
  • Baby Due Dates
  • Anything else you want.

You are only limited by the size of the font, and amount of text you want to put in. By popular request, it has the ability to use images from your own PC!! (take your favorite photo crop it, make it a transparent png, and it will look great!)

Along with the previous "MAIN EVENTS" that are part of the Holiday Countdown (right) you can now add/edit/delete events using the "PRO Menu".  
Adding/Editing events are all done from the EDIT WINDOW.  The EDIT WINDOW allows you complete control over your event. You can enter:
  • EVENT TITLE
  • Time for the event
  • Duration for the event to show as FINISHED
  • The Text to show for when the event is counting down, and finished.
  • The Color for this text, as well as the countdown timer, and date.
  • You can select a font to use for the EVENT TITLE
  • Make it Bold or Italic
  • Pick the Color and Size for the EVENT TITLE
  • Use the sliders to move the EVENT TITLE to the position you would like.
  • Use the Sliders to change the Background Color, and Brightess.
  • Select from several Installed images to use for your event, or
  • Pick an image (jpg/png) from your computer to use for your event. Make it transparent, and it looks GREAT!
  • Pick the date from the calendar, make it repeat every year, or a 1 shot event.

This has taken a LOT longer than I was thinking, because I wanted this to be a really easy to use, and great looking gadget (is 3000 lines of code called a GADGET?). But I believe the result is WELL worth the wait!  I have tried to make this gadget something that everyone can use, and enjoy.
