Task bar

ok just so there is no confuseion
by task bar i mean the standard task bar where the "start" button is on the bottom of the screen
when ever i load a desktopx skin it never changes it
inafact it doesnt change my start menu ether it only changes the backround picture or things that are on the backround picture like system information but apart from that doesnt change anything else
whats up with that? it does in windowblinds

Some themes hide the toolbar and replace it with a custom widget that can do some of the same functions. Are you trying to apply a theme (desktop)? Which one?

If you want the taskbar skinned, you'll need to use a DesktopX theme with that type of widget built in. Otherwise, Windowblinds is an option.
