IconPackager trouble

Each time i tried to install IconPackager, on next reboot i got this error in the event viewer:
The server {49BD2028-1523-11D1-AD79-00C04FD8FDFF} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
The main problem is when this server can't be started several apps don't work.
If i uninstall IconPackager the problem disappears.

or you have a sofware similar has MSantispyware ? because he look the registry and is possible when you install IP he make a message for confirm action but this message appear when the computeur restart and you do not have the time of confirmed the alert.
when i install sysmetrix i have this problem with the message when my coputeur restart.
you must in first install many sofware desactivate the real-time protection in MSantispyware or other !!!
