Vista style won't work in my Windows Blinds

Can anyone help me as I've tried to install the Vista desktop theme and it won't install. Sayd I'm missing a ui file.

THE BOOTSKIN OF MY SUITE CHANGES EVERY TIME I START MY PC. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE BECAUSE STARDOCK´S SUPPORT SERVICE DOES NOT GIVE A DAMM. THANK YOU.

I ought to point out that BootSkin is a totally unsupported utility.
At a guess I would say you have enabled the random changing feature in bootskin.

if you start up the boot program, you'll see a check button that explains simply that if ticked then a random boot skin starts....Not too difficult really

I do see a resemblence.
But Mom said Dad was a victim of war. She even told me she had considered naming me after him - and would have if she had known he would have been killed. But she said he wanted me named Bichur, otherwise y'all would be addressing me as Sir Hansemstrenjer
