Skintool Crashes

I have 1.10a.006 of RightClick installed. Last night I tried to run Skintool so I could tweak my menu slightly, but it crashed. It reports, "Skintool has encountered a problem and needs to close...." I suspected the run-time version of .NET 2.0 so I ran a repair on it. .NET 2.0 appears to be properly installed. It worked fine two weeks ago. What could be going on here? Are there any other dependencies Skintool has?
