where does it go

where do i put the .bootskin file once i have downloaded it

Double-click it. If it is packaged correctly, you will see BootSkin open and then scroll through the listing until you find the one you just loaded. Click it to highlight and click on preview to see if you like it. Click on "Apply" to get it ready to go. Once you've decided which to use and get a confirmation box, close bootskin and reboot to see it in action!
