How to change Icon Size in Details View

Is there a way to change the icon size of the my icons in my folders when using the "Details View?"

I've tried changing the icon size in Icon Packager, but that just changes the size of the icons when in "Icon View" and my Start Menu recent Programs list. Is there a way to specify the icon size when viewing as a list or details?

I dont believe this is possible yet.

Yes it is possible.
You can use X-Setup to do it.

I was hoping to do it with a Stardock program I already own or some other way that is free
