Problem with My Custom Links

I just tried to add a link to my personal page, but got an error saying "whatever you were trying to do did not work".
Under My Account > Personal Page Information it says:
To create your link:
1. Select the Section Heading from the dropdown that you wish your link to fall under.
I can see a drop-down arrow to the right of the Section Heading: box but it doesn't work, doesn't give me a choice of headers, nor can I type anything into it. I tried to input the rest of the information, but when I clicked on Submit, that's when I got the error. Anyone else have this problem? I noticed some folks have links on their personal pages, so it must work for some, at least at some point it did.

I just did an update to the site that may have fixed this issue. I was addressing other problems related to this page so its possible it may just been fixed. Please let me know if the problem still persists.
