Mac windows on xp

You know how OS X has the file going through system where you can just click a folder and it will come up next to it in the same window, anyway I can get that for XP? Another question, how do I get those toolbar things that Mac windows have at the top? Does anyone have a theme for YzToolbar that can give me the OS X toolbars?
