If your like me and actually have prtscr set up to go to printer, use shift+prtscr. Then opem your paint or whatever and pasted it in.

works nicely if yer havin problems and cant explain what they are over a messenger program......easily hit PrtScr open paint and go to edit and hit paste!! save it as whatever you like.....easy as pie....you can then send yer file and show off yer desktops
