Missing desktop.ini

When change icons with IP, My Videos changes as normal folder in explorer, on desktop does not change at all. Discovered that desktop.ini is missing.
I can copy from My Music but need to know proper value for Personalized= , InfoTip= and IconIndex= , for My Videos. I think that would get it going again. Or is there a run or command prompt action to restore?

Never mind, I took a guess by looking at values for music and pictures, third time was a charm, have My Videos back,

Big bug, only hit submit three times, getting half formed page stating something about update failed, wrong settings.
