Can't convert Flatliner VS

Any ideas of what causing it?

hmm.... installed and opened just fine for me
Try this:
unpack the file into a temp folder.
Copy any of the .msstyles into the Windows resource folder (eg: c:\windows\resources\themes)
Open SKS, click file -> open (or ctrl+o)
Click the "import VS" button, top right hand corner and locate the flatliner.msstyles
When you get the "Import MSSTYLES" dialog, click options -> parameters and check off "optimized for maximum quality"
Then click the OK button (twice) and watch SKS do its thang
If you still isnt able to see/use the skin, uninstall and reinstall SKS and try again.
