Can't get weather info to display

I have the weather docklet docked but theres no info, it just says retreving info. Any no images eitehr. please help

i have the same problem. It used to work fine but not anymore

What version ObjectDock are you running?
I am running OD Plus 1.11.518u, and just added the Weather Docklet > clicked it to set up > entered zip code > clicked "update" > weather displayed correctly right away.
Can either of you access the weather at www.weather.com? If so, then it would seem there is an information retrieval issue.
You might try removing the docklet > saving your theme > unloading ObjectDock > clearing your ObjectDock cache (see comment # 7 here Link to clear cache) > restart ObjectDock (it will start with the default theme) > use "Dock Settings-Load Theme button" to load saved theme > create the weather docklet on a dock > set up docklet > resave the theme.
Theoretically this should work if you are running the same version I listed above - if not, you may have a corrupted docklet or a firewall setting that is blocking the docklet's access to retrieve information.
