Help with settings

B4 I upgraded to desktop X 3 when I moved my mouse over an icon the icon would go large and it was settings for that now after i have installed 3 my icons are little and the mouse pointer dosent make them large when I click on them does any1 know how to fix this because I cant seem to find an option anywhere to make them big again. thx
