How to save desktop?

Help please

Sunday, March 20, 2005 by VE3GIR | Discussion: DesktopX

I am using DesktopX 3.0. Standard / XP Home
I have read everything I could find and I still cannot figure out how to save a desktop.
I have created a desktop by modifying an existing one by deleting parts and adding widgets and objects, I found on the internet but I loose it when I switch desktops. I answer yes when it asks me if I want to save the theme and I name it but it does not show up.It does save during log off and restart. Maybe the program only allows you to save the original theme. Sorry for bothering you with this beginner's question becauce it is probably something I should be able to figure out.
Sure is a great program though.
Thanks
Richard

Thank you very much. It sure helps when you know what you are doing.
I have had a computer for 2 years and I learn by doing and asking a lot of stupid questions.
Thanks again

asking a lot of stupid questions.

A question is never stupid. It is the way we learn!
