Hello, new user here. I am wanting to use bootskins, and i don't know what i need program i need to get. please help.

You need to be aware that BootSkin doesn't work with some computers, due to non-standard BIOS setups. If you're one of the unlucky ones, and are forced into Safe Mode when booting, open the BootSkin program, and select the "Default System Boot Screen", and Apply.....
