Can I create forms etc within vbscript

Hi, I would like to know, before I try I play about with scripting, whether I can create forms and validate them etc within vbscript. I want to do this because with my current theme, I want the user to be able to right the items then have a popup menu, then on clicking an option, the appropriate form pops up. Any help or tips please.
