Send HTML Forms setting

Your current security settings do not allow you to send HTML forms.
I'm using IE6 on WinXP SP2, using these monitoring programs: Spybot S&D; MS Antispyware Beta; Norton's Internet Security 2005, have installed IE-SPYAD and XP's firewall diabled. All the above are with the latest patches or updates. I tried the poll question again with all three of these monitoring programs diabled and still got the same message. What do I need to change in my IE6 security settings to be able to send HTML forms? I'm thinking that this has happened since I installed IE-SPYAD. Any clue? Any help? Thanks.

I was more worried about having difficulty browsing in general, but if it's only one site, I guess I won't worry. Thanks.Reply #3 Thursday, February 3, 2005 10:30 PM

Have a look in your Security Tab in Internet Options, click "Custom Level..." and locate "Submit nonencrypted form data". If that is set to disabled, then that could be the problem. If not you might want to have a look at the other options in IE or your IE SPYAD. My guess is that IE-SPYAD has set your IE security setting very high.
