Is there a configurable weather docklet out there that has parameters for WIND CHILL?

We live in one of the windiest places on earth (hi Chicago! you guys come a close second!) so often when the temperature is -15 celcius once you factor in the wind chill it's more like -35 (or worse!). Can anyone reccomend a weather docklet that has a configurable display? Something like this:

...would be ideal. Oh, and forget about SysStats apps, we're running 2k.
(although we wait with much anticipation for Judge's working win2k version!). The default weather app that comes with ObjectDock seems to have no cofigurable parameters or .ini file and we'ld rather not run any desktopx apps either.

Rainmeter is an excellent little widget system, and I was really impressed with it's adaptability and small footprint. It was also a LOT easier to make my own applet than with DesktopX (sorry Objectdock guys, but it's not very intuitive for an old school hacker like myself). The only downside I'ld say is the lack of a really wide range of widgets (much like DX), mostly clocks, but I was able to work up my own weather widget (to match the rest of the moshi applets we're running) and tweak out some of Moshi's excellent rainmeters to suit our desktop quite nicely. Best of all though was it's FREE. I like a lot of the konfab widgets, but it's too pricey for us, so this was just perfect. Check it out our config:
The only other thing we're running at the moment on the desktop not in the pic is Moshi's WinAmp remote (a handy and well designed ergonomic applet for sure)..

Great, looks good! Id say just to keep on top of it, as updates are released quite often and minor bugs are fixed. (I personally dont experience bugs w/prog, but a few do I guess.) I just noticed today that Rainy has a 'subscribe feature' on his site. All this does is simply drop you an email that the latest version is out. Oh, and moshi is quite the skinnovator!

Seems that Rainmeter may be one solution. It has a Webparser plugin, which reads weather information from xml-documents (rssweather.com). You have to find your location, or the nearest place, and make sure that the url has that location in it, for it to work properly.
With it you get:
weather icon
location
temp
humidity, windspeed, wind dir, pressure, dewpoint, heat index, windchill, and visibility.

to Rainy's site, the .exe has a manual along with an example weather skin, which has a mini walkthrough. The walkthrough shows you how to get/config the RSS feeds for the needed url's and change those in the variables section of the skins config file.
Of course, you can always change other things too. This might be what you're looking for.
