As far as getting someone to make YOUR skin for you...most skinners have way too many ideas and too little time...but will usually stop by to answer questions(or ask some)

Here is my advice....... open skinstudio, and open  a straightforward Blind, (one without animations or complicated stuff). Before you do anything else, go to "File, save as", and give it a new unique name. Now, go to WB configuration, and load that skin with the new name and hit "edit in SkinStudio."
when it opens, you can then RIGHT CLICK on ANY image in the preview and choose "Edit With", and then go to your graphic program.
When it opens in the Graphics program, create a new image over the top of the old one using your own ideas and designs. then go to "File, save a copy"and save it over the top of the old one (remembering to remove "copy" from the end of the file name. when you bring SkinStudio back up, the image will have been replaced with your new one. go to File, save, and then reload the skin to see the changes.
This is the way most of us started to skin WB's. by the time you have replaced all the images in the skin, you will have learned an awful lot about margins etc, and you'll be on your way.
If the above is too much for you to bother with, I don't think you will ever skin WindowBlinds......it's all about patience and long hours.
Have fun!!

Incidentally.....about the patience thing........ I just spent 4 days making two animations for a WB skin, then WBlinds decided it wasn't going to let them BOTH work at the same time!!!
Patience....anybody got any to sell?

There's a person here who commented in this thread [Skinstudio] ...who is probably the only person who has not had to persevere with trial and error and patience with the program and docs in order to create a Windowblinds skin....but that'll be because he coded the proggy.
Everyone is in the same boat as you....some are just a little further along the river.... because they set out earlier.
It will actually be simpler for all if you took the time and effort to 'learn a new skill' to complement your artistic 'talent'.....and tried it yourself.
Re comment #10 .....far more clever to not kick the dog you're trying to pat.  Civility reaps greater rewards.  [that goes for the respondents as well]....

you have a funny way of asking it...
comeone, say please and actually attempt to use SkS, its quiet easy. all you need is SkS or a simple image editing program and you can make some nice skins cuz like you said, you got the artistic talent.

ah nvm you got it...
