Free alternatives to WindowBlinds

I am looking for a free way to change the way that Windows 10 looks. I personally hate the default appearance and would like to replace it with the look of Windows XP's Royale theme. Something similar to WindowBlinds would do this well. I looked through custom (UltraUXStylePatcher Geometry Dash Lite) themes, but most of them seemed to be either outdated or paid.
I could have been a bit clearer. I'm looking for a way to change the appearance of window borders. Taskbar/start are already sorted out using Openshell and the desktop is already fine.

You've came to the wrong place to ask about free alternatives to software sold here.
There is no free equivalent to Windowblinds.
Try Google, or alternativeto.com .
