SDC Doesn't See WB Installed

For some reason, SDC offers WB7 & WB8 as 'New Software' even though I'm running WB8 on my Win7 rig. Even after refreshing & whatnot.
Posted for benefit of devs.

Object Desktop Manager doesn't see that WB is installed either.
