Faint text when a skin is applied

Hey, I wanted to know why the text becomes lighter/faint when I apply a skin in windowsblind? I've tried over 10 skins and same thing keeps occurring. Is this normal? I've posted images below. Not sure if you can notice too much of a difference in the screenshot, but trust me, its pretty noticeable on my PC lol.

Update: This was posted on another thread and user 2of3 suggusted that window is trying to be slightly transparent to where the text is suppose to be. I notice when its a dark background, the text seems fine.
FIXED: All I did was unchecked "I want skins to be able to apply textures to the back of explorer windows" in the settings option.

Do you have Fences?
If so reboot and it should be fine.
