I'm back and in need of help

I have been designing a new desktopx theme I am wanting to make a equalizer to go with the media player are there any tutorials on how to make a eq, do I have to add make slider graphics or are they pre-made where i can just add them to a background in the config after choosing additional abilities

If you know how to make a fader slider, then all you need to do is change the settings in DX to make it an EQ slider. It's all right there in DX.

I am not sure how to make a slider do i make like a slider background and the button that slides or is there scripting involved I also have a new problem i noticed today when ever I load the desktop i am working on the mediaplayer starts playing so I have to click my button to bring up the media player and hit stop button any ideals?

I'm not real good at tutorials, but here is trying.
Just know that the slider button has to be as wide as the background. If there is transparency needed around the button, magic pink will be necessary, else it'll show up white.
I usually place the button on the background, (if it is round) then crop it out, so thet the blank sections of the round part are filled with the background, giving the appearance of transparency, without having to deal with magic pink....hate the stuff...ugh.
Anyway, if you need further help, maybe a voice messenger or phone call would be best.

I was messing around and figured out how to make the volume slider so would all the sliders be of the same concept just change what they do in dx list of mediaplayer parts as for the mediaplayer starting if i come up with anything i will let you know..lol

Something to try: Load the desktop, and close/stop MP. Save the theme. Unload DX. Go clear out the current theme cache then reload the theme. see if that helps.

I figured out my mediaplayer problem I openend my windows media player and in playlist I deleted desktopx playlist then made a open files button and use it to load my music it puts the playlist back in but so far mine has not started when i start my theme.
