Late night snacking for me has gone by the wayside.

Eating past dinner time, especially when it gets close to going to bed will just keep me up all night.

A glass of milk keeps me from getting up and having a night-time snack.

I like coffee if I am staying up. Food after 8pm is food wasted.

Usually cereal and/or an apple... or if I'm feeling decadent, fruit, ice cream & caramel or maple syrup.

  1. Cheese sandwich, prefer mozzarella and dark wheat.
  2. Toasted English muffin with natural peanut butter and maybe honey or jam
  3. Dr. Pepper
  4. Rewarmed coffee, sweetener, cream

In any particular order, as available

"It is a calorie-laden sandwich made with two slices of bread layered with peanut butter and Marshmallow Fluff, and sometimes along with the occasional banana.

People will eat their peanut butter on all types of sandwiches and with all types of toppings. The most unique and unusual is the Fluffernutter Sandwich of the New England area of the United States. Generations of New Englanders fondly associate Marshmallow Fluff with their childhood as it has been a childhood favorite for many raised in the northeastern United States. The Fluffernutter sandwich is more than a beloved memory of childhood, it’s a local tradition. As an traditional food of New England, it goes right alongside the baked beans and clam chowder.

Marshmallow Fluff is a blend of corn syrup, sugar, dried egg white, and vanilla flavoring."

Despite what yrag, WebGizmos or Phoon might say - Fluffernutter has nothing to do with 'cinema'.
