A glass of milk keeps me from getting up and having a night-time snack.

I like coffee if I am staying up. Food after 8pm is food wasted.

Usually cereal and/or an apple... or if I'm feeling decadent, fruit, ice cream & caramel or maple syrup.

- Cheese sandwich, prefer mozzarella and dark wheat.
- Toasted English muffin with natural peanut butter and maybe honey or jam
- Dr. Pepper
- Rewarmed coffee, sweetener, cream

Late night snacking for me has gone by the wayside.
Eating past dinner time, especially when it gets close to going to bed will just keep me up all night.
