Gifted Wincustomize Subscription Problems

I gave a wincustomize subscription to someone and she is having problems. She created a stardock user name and can see the subscription under my downloads .
She created a wincustomize user name but is unable to log in.

I don't see any issues with the giftee's account. What error is she getting?

When she tried to create the username for wincustomize it says there is already a user name for that email address. She says she doesn't know the user name?

Make sure she doesn't have any special characters in the name. Must be 0-9, A-Z
