Trouble installing theme

I downloaded the matrix theme from- https://www.wincustomize.com/download.asp?SkinID=2598&LibID=31 And there is no .dxtheme file in it, only .dxplayer. This is my first time installing a theme, what am I doing wrong?

It's a ZIP file... and inside there is nothing to double click

rename the zip extension to dxtheme ..................
