Help with SysMetrix

Ok I have downloaded stardock Central and all the goodies that it showed I downloaded, after purchasing the program.
Now I downloaded a a theme that says it has the SysMetrix included and I can not find it, when loading the suite it does not load the SysMetrix, or the thing with the clock and all if that is what it is called. Any way where can I find it? And how do I load it?
