I've just installed DesktopX and I finally got to use it. The one thing that is a problem is that my task bar will not change along with the rest of the theme. Can anyone help me to solve this problem and make it change along with everything else?

My taskbar doesn't skin regardless of what Desktop X Theme I use.

DesktopX doesn't skin the taskbar...WindowBlinds does, unless your running something other than XP, then WindowBlinds only partially skins the taskbar...buttons and color.
