Logon Trouble

I am having trouble with the background picture for my logon screen. every time i load a picture it looks fine in the edit screen but when you actually apply it and look at the picture it is like missing patches of color. i dont know why this is occuring. about 50% of the picture is messed up. what should i do?

this happens with every image i have tried so far and they are in bmp format.

Maybe you have a transparency color set in Logon Studio and that color is being recognized as a Transparent color.

This happens with one particular image, or any image you try? Are you using bmp?
