email notification objects dx2.2, winxp sp2 don't work

Not sure because sp2 was installed before I bought this package. Turned the firewall off and it still doesn't work. Any other suggestions? Can you get it to work on your machine?

if it did, just turn off the windows firewall that sp2 installed in the conrtol panel
