mscoreei.dll could not be loaded

Ticket: #VAO-145-80466
After I have bought and installing "Tweak7" I get the popup ERROR message saying -->
"c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\mscoreei.dll could not be loaded"
I have done everything as refered to on this page -->

And it still will not start this program.
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor (3200.06 MHz)
Memory: 8192 MB
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit Service Pack 1 (Build 7601)
Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 460/PCI/SSE2

As noted in that link, your .net installation has failed. This isn't a problem with Tweak7 (except that it uses a .Net framework).
Might be worth contacting MS directly.
