boot skins

How do i create a boot skin..
I have already made the bitmap image and config file thing, but when you download the bootskins they come in a wierd file. How do i turn the boot skin stuff i made into that type of ".bootskin" file??

rename the 'zip' extension as 'bootskin'....that's all they are...renamed archives...
