opacity

How do I change the opacity of menus and windows? For instance: I DLed the Dark Industry blind, but my menus etc aren't "see-through" like in the screen shot. What to do???

I don't think so but windowsFX by stardock can do transparency.

The skin author was using a program called Glass2K to get the semi-transparent look.
