Registration

OK, if this sounds stupid it's because I'm good at it.
I have paid for cursorXp plus, iconpackager, w/b, and DesktopX, and just got a message that if I register I will get the browser etc. Also I'm told that my user level is 3.
I don't mind spending the bucks because this is one of my favorite sites to come to. I enjoy this and have been trying to learn on a daily basis.
My question is: Why am I not registered already? I have the Browser etc. What am I missing here?
