Winstyles is now Theme Manager. In Xp its located under the "Suites" tab. In the settings for Theme Manager make sure you have "Objectdock" checked under Load on Applying Skin

And you have the newest version of Winstyles/Theme Manager? I haven't really used this program yet, but I think it only shows the programs it can do that you own. Simply download ObjectDock and install (its free anyway) and then it show up.

You can't have Themes Manager installed...if you did even if you hit the old WinStyles proggie it would give you a prompt to TM... in SDC look for Themes Manager version 2.00.008. If it shows installed, un-install, reboot and re-install it.
