Stardock Newsgroups...Need help to subscribe

Had a system crash a while back and lost all. 
I can't seem to find any info on how to subscribe to the newsgroup. Sure do miss it. Can someone please direct me, set it up so long ago, no way to remember how. Thanks
Also, today and yesterday, wincustomize is loading sooooo slowly. Working on the server, I hope?
