help...with TEXAS

Hi I love the Texas skin! (I'm a Texan!) Anyway, it's in my collection I really don't have any trouble with it but I dont know how to get the Stetson hat icons on it. 
I'm new at this so I just apply the skin from the WB config.(it's the only way I know how to apply a skin). Can someone explain how to get the icons on there. Would really appreciate it. Thanks

Ok...I should have looked it up before I answered...download the newest update to the skin (I.R. Brainiac's Texas) and I think you'll find what you want... https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=Texas&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=1

I deleted the skin and re-downloaded the new update but the icons are still not there...WB or "icon packager"...?

The hat icon is in the Texas windowblinds folder.You have to apply the icon on an individual basis.Sorry they dont install automatically.Find the icon you want to change and right-click>properties>change icon>browse> to where the icon is and click ok>apply.
An application that is pinned to the start menu wont change right away.Unpin it and drag the shortcut back onto the start menu.(re pin it)

Your welcome!Fathom will get a total makeover in a few days so please check it out.Texas has a minor update coming,one ofthe sound effects didnt make the last upload for some reason.
