This has been sitting around for almost a year, and I'm just starting to get ideas for a DX theme.
So, we'll see where it goes...if it does, lol.

A little further along. Calendar (translated & unscrambled 
) up top, clock at the bottom, menu options left and right.

IMO.. having flat menu items on a background which curves like this really takes away from the entire theme and just make things look out of place.
Overcome that one and it will be nice.

Yeah, I've been wrestling with that. Right now it's looking like this set up might not be resolution independent, which would suck, but we'll see.

Cool idea sViz. I'm always looking for new ways to make my desktop not look like a desktop
It also helps that I'm crazy about astronomy. 
Keep up the good work, I'm excited to see how this turns out!

I had to bribe those guys over at NASA to release certain pics otherwise they'd never get it right. Besides ... can't let them get too close to the homeworld. They might want to set up shop and we can't afford to slide backwards.

looks cool but the "Preview" texture is out of place, I woulda used something more metallic
