Anyone know if there's any way of disabling right click on objectbar bars?
...and/or do you know if there's a registry setting or a program or something that would disable right clicking on the desktop.

DesktopX supports the disabling of the desktop right-click menu. Check under the 'Security' tab in DX properties. If you don't have DesktopX, you can get it here. https://www.stardock.com/products/desktopx/

I have no idea how you would accomplish this, but I'm curious as to why you want to.
