It depends if ppl hit refresh on the WC Skinbrowser and/or SDC for one thing. Also I believe the webpage defaults to the main message board, and due to the configuration of WC's message boards, it isn't exactly evident there is more than one heading available.
They are listed up top, but most boards have a folder type heirarchy.
I'm not saying the board setup is bad, just different enough that I would guess many don't bother checking out the other sections. Of course maybe they don't need much help, but I still see help questions on the main board, so clearly many don't know this section exists.

GhoS..... a new set up is being hammered out as we 'type'... 
With more catergories, and hopefully a method for Admin/Mods to move threads to the proper section.

Well, in my experience the sorting is nice if you really want it. But on our message board, there is an ALL TOPICS board that shows every single post. Moderators and most members bookmark that. Sometimes someone is only interested in one particular board and then they can sort it out and that is nice. OR if they are looking for a particular thread and they remember the type, then they can filter and cut down search time. But most people stay on the ALL TOPICS board most of the time.
That's not to say that board catagories are useless, they are great IMO. It just takes some convenience, some experience.... Here is a little different with the specialty boards, and maybe there are more people just hanging out for now.

Yeah true, I think its also nice that when you have a question, and you ask it here, it isn't pushed down the page by all the 'mainstream' posts
