Changing Windows XP theme - help for a newbie!

Hello, Everybody!
I am a newbie here and I'd like to change my Windows look and feel... I found a lot of programs here what can change things in Win. Wich programs must I have to change completely (icons, cursors, taskbar, watch, windows's frames and background buttons and so on? Please, just give me a list what programs shall I download.

you can do it with windowblinds, you can get info on that at: https://www.stardock.com

You can also patch your uxtheme.dll, and install .theme files on your machine. advantage for this: dasn't cost you any money.
However, there are much less themes for that than for wb.
