Featured Package Not Showing Up In Window

Hey all hope you are well. I was updating some icon packages today and noticed that IP is not retrieving Featured Package. I like this feature and was wondering about it. I'm running version 5.00.021, the window just sits there with the message "Contacting Wincustomize.com" Any info would be appreciated.
