After the original author disappeared from the web (rumours say he has died in a car accident) some folks at sourceforge picked up the development again.

I've also been running this on Win 7 x64. I found the renewed project a few months ago and am very glad someone took it up and made it work on 7. Definitely one of those must-have apps.

Basically it is tabs like in Firefox for Windows Explorer.

@Philly0381: QTTabbar adds tabs for windows explorer, not internet explorer.
Definitely a must have app! So glad it supports Windows 7 now ![]()

Hiya, Philly.... I use Directory Opus.... which is the most powerful tool on my 'puter. It's really worth the investment if you're looking for a replacement for the improved (but still poor/weak) Windows Explorer.
Take a look here...or google it....

One of the best little apps I've come across. Been using this for a few years. It makes having multiple explorer windows open so much better since it's just one window. Easy to move things around. I love it. Sooooo glad to see it updated and supporting Win7. YAY!

Do you mean the tabs? Yes, they pick up the tab style for whatever skin you are using.

See mine, You will notice the Tabs. And if You follow the link to the project-page You will have them, too.
Xiandi : It uses the tabs defined in the blind.
Was referring to the app Doc was talking about.
