Shortcut

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but here goes. How may I create a shortcut to the Screensavers window? I'm on Windows 7 64.

Shortest way I know is to right click the desktop, select personalize and select screensaver from the bottom row........I can't come up with an "address" for that window although I'm certain there is one.
