How did you get that to say Brian's Workspace?

Jim, Set your menus, panels, and keyboard shortcuts the way you want, then go to Window-->Workspace-->New Workspace. Then save it as whatever name you want.
PS will save it buried in your app data. I've been using the same workspace since cs3.

It'd be neat if the flower that the lizard is sitting on in the upper right of the window frame was your close button...

That was my first idea, but I couldn't get it to look decent in the pressed state. I'm still redesigning a lot of it, have plans on redoing the start button, and I plan on a lot of animation--start button and start menu. It's a long way from done, but I think it's my cleanest skin so far.
