I could very easily get used to this Icon Package.

Easy on the eyes, gold & black with shiny icons.

Lookin' good, 'Po! Ironically, if the black were dark slate blue instead they'd perfectly match my new blind...

Jim must have been a carpenter in a past life. Can't even see where he sanded the wood and then applied all that varnish for the sheen. Rock on

Sadly .... still finding ways to 'improve' my Aircraft control Panel for the F105.

Only just realized the clock was wrong....wrong numbered/style face ... so had to edit yet another 4 images ... and an xml that didn't show luminous at night.

OK...edit's being a pain....

^^^^^ that thing's the current state of the Panel.... getting bloody complicated.... 28 layers drawn to screen [separate images with alpha, etc ... and z-order].

Made the glass reflections a little more 'real'-ish ....

I'm banking right... over Tulla airport [Melbourne] ...

2 months in the making... I started First of October.

Most of it is 'fair-dinkum' real to the specific aircraft ... even the reverse-order of the HSI and ATT [the two big ones in the middle between the vertical ribbon meters].

Looks good enough to pass muster for any wannabe pilot. I can't imagine the time of it those pilots must have had flying those birds in the heat of battle. It would turn me into a squiggly bowl of jello for sure.   Ten big ones just for the effort.

Now I'm getting 'serious'....just got the faux mirror effects to animate/function in the alpha-blended canopy reflections .... and they move with the canopy...as it opens.

Next trick is to have them static...but disappear when it's open [no glass] .... but doing this in xml, etc is all trial-error .... [for me]....

I had a hard time doing my latest smx with just six modules, having to figure it all out by trial and error. I tried counting the various images when I zoomed in on it. There must be over one hundred different gauges, switches knobs, buttons etc on this image. I do not envy you Jafo. Your expertise yes, the incredible detail and the time taken to do it right ........... uh uh. I'd be walking around talking to myself more than I do already. I have to check out xml just to get a feel for what you are doing.
