Wallpaper Problem
solid color wallpaper

Usually when I play a game with a different resolution my fences change my wallpaper to solid color. This also happens to my taskbar sometimes, I have the wallpaper but the taskbar is not transparent it has a grey color and sometimes I get a grey wallpaper and my wallpaper behind the taskbar. I know fences must be behind this as I saw some registry entries added by fences such as "backup wallpaper". This is really disturbing, can I get some help with this please ? Thanks.
