Can't rate

I was looking through some of the galleries and my mouse happened to hover over the rating area.
Imagine my surprise upon seeng a notice that my level would not allow me to rate, and nicely offering me to subscribe now.
I'm paid up until 2010.
What gives?

Yes, it reverts back to "citizen" sometimes, relog or settings choose your title and its all good again.

Ditto. Adds a sense of quaintness to the (still a first class) site.

And then.. immediately after posting this thread my title changed from Citizen to Journeyman and it will allow me to rate. Quite odd.
