New version of AltDesk 1.9 has just been released!
New version is a huge leap forward in every way and brings many awesome features, such as:
- Switching desktops is now easier than ever, jump from one virtual desktop
to another just slightly moving the mouse. - New AltDesk perfectly supports 64 bit operating systems now. Give it a go on Vista 64! experience.
- Context Menu Icons for better user.
- Memory usage has been additionally optimized, AltDesk now runs even smoother and faster than before.
- Added full list of current desktop open tasks on middle-mouse click.
- Added support for different sets of icons for each desktop (under Aston 2).
- Fixed bug: in displaying different sets of icons in Windows Vista.
- Fixed bug with installer.
- Fixed bug with memory leak.
- Several minor bugfixes.

I've used aldesk a few times over the years. Useful and good looking. I'll have to take it for a spin.
